Projects and Procedure

 

As with interim management, consultancy and recruitment we use a tested standard prodcedure:

 

 

-     'Assignment': This is the description of 'what' the intended goal is, 'why' the client wants this goal (objective) and 'what...' the assignment is '...about'.

-      `Approach': This is the description of 'how' the assignment is carried out and why this is the way it's carried out, this means: what activities are necessary for carrying out the assignment successfully and  implement  the result. The purpose of the approach is come to terms with the way to get to the final result.

-      `Assignment organization and conditions': This is the description of how the assingnment is arranged for carrying out the introduced approach and what demands are made from the assignment to get to the final result. 

-      `Plan': This will give insight of the coherence between carrying out the activities, delivering the products, obtain one's goals, the necessary resources and budget, as well as the assumption and standard that will be dealt with at the prediction and planning.
