When: Interim management is
a solution which may be considered if you
feel the need on, replacing of, or assisting to, your current HR-management. Also
in case of specific projects interim management can be considered.
How: The interim manager
will actually be present in your organization. By
means of a services level agreement he or she will carryout the assignment; in the s.l.a. the responsibilities of the interim manager
as well as a view on the benefits for your
organization will be given.
Timescale: This strongly depends on the
mutual agreed goals which have to be achieved by the interim manager. ManSol Services accepts interim management assignment for a maximum period of
18 months.

The interim manager's role: The interim manager
