organization as short as possible. Consultancy assignments that last longer than 3 months, are rare. In the s.l.a. we will provide you with an estimated timescale for the assignment.
The consultant's role:Our consultant will use the already available knowledge in your
organization. This way he or she will secure that the internal expertise is rapidly
accessible. Besides that we have
experiences that it will also improve the acceptation of
the implementation.
